ENVIRON Germany to Host Environmental Law Seminar

ENVIRON Germany are teaming up with law firm ARQIS Rechtsanwälte to host an environmental law seminar, to be held on two dates on 30th September and 8th October 2009.

The seminar is entitled Environmental Law Book Light -Which Innovations Result from the Latest Reform of the Environmental Law? Mathias Stein and Andrea Merkle will be co-presenting the seminar and will cover the four new environmental acts that are coming into force in March 2010. Essentially, these cover water law, nature protection law, radiation protection law and several law adjustments.
