Ms. Bouzinac-Martin has 10 years of experience in environmental consulting in the US and France, with particular expertise in environmental and risk prevention auditing, due diligence services, site investigations and contaminated site management, as well as environmental impact assessments. She has conducted and managed projects for industrial clients, government agencies, and financial entities, in Europe, the US, North Africa, and Latin America.

• Conducted and coordinated numerous due diligence projects evaluating environmental cost liability and regulatory compliance, in the industrial sector (chemical industry, food industry, paper mills, foundries, metal treatment facilities, various manufacturing facilities e.g. in the vehicle equipment, electromechanical and packaging sectors) and real estate sector.
• Managed a corporate comprehensive EHS auditing program in Europe for a major industrial client.
• Managed a number of soil and groundwater remedial investigations, human health and ecological risk assessments, feasibility studies/remediation cost estimates, remedial action plans and remedial design projects at abandoned hazardous waste sites, former landfills and various former or active manufacturing plants.
• Conducted several international environmental, cultural and socio-economic impact assessments for off-shore and on-shore oil and gas exploration and production, and LNG facilities, including the preparation of stakeholder engagement plans and environmental management plans.
• Supported industrial clients for environmental permitting.
• Participated in energy auditing programs for industrial clients.
• Provided technical support to the Morocco Ministry of Water for the preparation of National and Regional Water Quality Protection Plans.
