Client Service Goal
To be the most effective strategists and advocates for our clients, focused primarily on risk management issues involving the presence of chemicals in food, drugs, medical devices, consumer products, the workplace, and the ambient environment. Financial Goal
To ensure that ENVIRON's revenue base and profit margins continually improve to maximize financial rewards for the employees and owners of ENVIRON.
Performance of the Firm: We will grow the revenue of the firm through expansion of existing practices and addition of new practices. We will strive to find ways to enhance profitability by development of alternative billing models that capture more effectively the value provided to our clients.
Employees: ENVIRON will operate a compensation system that is competitive for our industry and ensures that significant incentive awards are provided to those individuals who make major contributions to the firm. Areas of critical contribution include the successful generation, management, and execution of client assignments, the attraction of new practitioners to the firm, the development of new practice areas, expansion of the firm's geographic presence, and building and maintaining the firm's infrastructure.
Owners: Investments made to strengthen the organization and to add new practitioners, practices, or office locations will undergo detailed financial analysis to ensure that the investment risk is appropriately balanced between short-term impacts and long-term benefits.
