Cynthia A. Dahl
Cynthia A. Dahl has over 25 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and industrial hygiene and safety. She is highly accomplished in environmental, health and safety (EH&S) program development and implementation, EH&S compliance auditing and corrective action design and implementation, EH&S due diligence, hazardous materials and waste management, health and safety planning and compliance and safety training. Cynthia has extensive experience in EH&S services to commercial, industrial and federal government facilities. She has conducted projects for most branches of the US Department of Defense, as well as the Army Corps of Engineers, US parks and postal services, the Department of Energy and several state and local government agencies. Her private-sector clients have included financial institutions, high-tech research and development (R&D) and manufacturing facilities, homeland security companies, industrial and manufacturing facilities, food and beverage companies, property owners and managers, education facilities and hospitals. Her focus has been on assisting clients from a programmatic level—ensuring compliance and safety while meeting financial and risk-management objectives. Cynthia has undergraduate degrees in environmental science and socio- and political geography, and is a certified California sustainable winegrowing accredited auditor. She has instructed in classroom and field situations, as well as conducted general awareness training for clients, contractors, and architecture/engineering (A/E) firms.
