Environmental Impact Assessment & Planning

An international leader in environmental impact assessment/study/reporting (EIA/EIS/EIR) and environmental planning, ENVIRON's experience spans a broad range of business sectors, from small-scale developments in urban areas, to large mining and industrial projects. We have conducted studies and prepared environmental impact reports under a variety of regulatory programs in the US, including the National Environmental Policy Act, and in international jurisdictions. We are founder members of the UK Institute of Environmental Assessment.

Our environmental, technical, and socio-economic professionals manage and coordinate the many technical studies often required for the most complex EIA projects. We have an excellent understanding of local environmental and social issues and regulatory frameworks, and have developed an effective rapport with local decision-making authorities.

Our EIA/EIS/EIR services include consulting during the initial project design stages; communicating with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and the community; assisting with environmental approvals and permits; and developing and implementing environmental management plans and management systems for the construction, operation, and decommissioning stages of a project.
